Who may request deletion<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A HouseKeeper customer administrator or authorised user may request deletion of the organisation\u2019s account or workspace data.<\/li>\n<li>An estate agency client, contact or other data subject may request deletion of personal data about them.<\/li>\n<li>An authorised representative may submit a request with evidence of authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. How to submit a request<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@synergymar.tech?subject=HouseKeeper%20Data%20Deletion%20Request\"><strong>info@synergymar.tech<\/strong><\/a> with the subject <strong>HouseKeeper Data Deletion Request<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Include your name, the email address or WhatsApp number used with HouseKeeper, your organisation or agency (if applicable), and a brief description of the data or workspace you want deleted.<\/li>\n<li>If known, include the relevant HouseKeeper workspace, Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account or phone-number identifier. This is optional and should not delay a request.<\/li>\n<li>\u6211 <strong>\u4e0d\u662f<\/strong> send a password, one-time code, access token, payment detail, identity-document copy or WhatsApp export unless our Data Protection Officer specifically explains why limited additional evidence is necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a class=\"hk-legal-button\" href=\"mailto:info@synergymar.tech?subject=HouseKeeper%20Data%20Deletion%20Request\">Email a deletion request<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>3. Verification<\/h2>\n<p>We will acknowledge the request and issue a reference number. To protect users and client records, we may verify the requester through the registered business email or telephone number, confirm authority with the relevant customer administrator, or ask for limited information already held in the account. We will not ask for a Meta or WhatsApp password or one-time code.<\/p>\n<h2>4. What we delete<\/h2>\n<p>Subject to the requester\u2019s authority and any legal exception, deletion may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HouseKeeper registration, profile, support and workspace records;<\/li>\n<li>Meta business, WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number identifiers held by HouseKeeper;<\/li>\n<li>access tokens and authorisation records, which will be deleted or revoked;<\/li>\n<li>messages, attachments, contacts and conversation metadata stored in the connected HouseKeeper workspace;<\/li>\n<li>derived CRM records, summaries, preferences, stages, reminders and evidence excerpts;<\/li>\n<li>non-essential operational records that can be linked to the requester; and<\/li>\n<li>marketing contact data, except the minimum suppression record needed to honour an opt-out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"hk-legal-note\"><strong>Free upload audit.<\/strong> HouseKeeper does not persistently store the raw WhatsApp export used by the free audit in a HouseKeeper database, file store or application log. The upload remains in the browser until the page is reloaded or closed and is held in server request memory during processing. Selected excerpts are processed by Google Gemini under Google\u2019s applicable terms.<\/div>\n<h2>5. Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp<\/h2>\n<p>Removing HouseKeeper from the relevant Meta business integration or disconnecting a WhatsApp Business Account stops new access after the authorisation is revoked, but it may not by itself delete data already held in a HouseKeeper workspace. To ensure deletion, also send the request described above.<\/p>\n<p>Deletion by Synergy does not delete data that Meta, WhatsApp, the estate agency, a message recipient or another independent party holds under its own authority. The requester may need to contact those parties separately.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Timing and confirmation<\/h2>\n<p>We aim to acknowledge requests within seven working days and complete verified deletion from active systems within 30 days. If a request is complex, concerns another organisation\u2019s client records or cannot lawfully be completed, we will explain the next step or reason. After completion, we will send a confirmation using the verified contact channel.<\/p>\n<p>Residual copies in encrypted backups are isolated from ordinary use and expire on the normal backup cycle, no later than 90 days. If restoration is required during that period, the deletion request will be reapplied.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Information we may retain<\/h2>\n<p>We may retain only what is necessary to comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or abuse, keep accounting records, document a valid consent or withdrawal, or maintain a suppression record so that a person is not contacted again. Retained data remains protected and is not used for another purpose.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Access, correction and marketing opt-out<\/h2>\n<p>Deletion is different from asking for access or correction, or from stopping marketing. A person may request any of these outcomes by emailing <a href=\"mailto:info@synergymar.tech?subject=HouseKeeper%20Privacy%20Request\">info@synergymar.tech<\/a>. To stop direct marketing only, reply \u201cSTOP\u201d to the relevant message or use the subject <strong>HouseKeeper Marketing Opt-out<\/strong>. There is no charge for opting out.<\/p>\n<h2>9.
